Who Is Being Arrested In Online Sex Stings?

Filed under: Uncategorized — Roxy @ 5:01 am

Franklin, Tennessee

Adam Bingham was arrested while Local TV Station WKRN Newschannel 2’s camera’s were rolling.

Bingham, 23, a criminal justice major at TSU, was arrested after arriving at an Apartment complex where he believed he would be meeting a 13 year old girl he had met on the internet for sex. Instead he walked right into the arms of the Franklin Police Department. Detective Anderson states that if any child is on the internet they should be monitored.

Bingham brought along with him condoms and a box of clown clothes.

Pinellas County, Florida

Frank Fattal, 55, was arrested for lewd and lascivious exhibition after sending nude video clips to whom he believed to be teenage girls. Often trying to get these girls to send him provocative photos of themselves.

There are plenty more stories out there just like these. It is clear just in the above stories that these online predators will travel as far as needed to get to our children. This is frightening at the least. Dateline’s: To Catch A Predator 3, which you can watch here, is one show that you cannot afford not to see if you have children, grandchildren, nieces or nephews.

Will this war ever be won? Not in any of our lifetimes, and you can quote me on that.

  1. Who is doing it? It could be a teacher, coach, priest, policeman, or your doctor, attorney, a very good friend or even a relative. You have to be alert as to who your child is coming into contact with, what their reactions to them are, if they are upset find out why, and if they tell you there is a problem, believe them, no matter how unbelievable it seems.

  2. This makes no sense at all. There is no actual “victim” of these crimes so how can they be charged with anything in the first place? There is no case

  5. Frank Fattal is a dangerous man; i’m glad he was finnally caught! I can speak from expierence with this man. I used to work at small airport shuttle with me him Seattle, WA. I can tell you, he gave me the creeps. After he approached me and I learned of several of his offenses through customers he had driven home, I ratted him out and he was fired. I was never satisfied though since the company never contacted the police. But now! I knew this slime bag would be caught! ha! :0) what goes around comes around.
